Tips on replacing vial trim around doors and compartments

My original factory trim that goes around the door moldings has faded and shrunk. I bought new narrow trim at Camp World but t doesn't like to stay in the molding pocket as it goes around curved corne...

Ok, sometimes the obvious just gets overlooked. I took a closer look at the trim and noticed the way the edges were beveled it could make a difference how it's installed. Once I flipped it over it stays in the groove nice and tight even on the corners. I guess they should have included instructions for people like me.
