OK. Assuming floor of cabinet is fairly solid. L-shape frame(think bookend) made from 2x6, attached to cabinet floor, pull-out full adjustable wall mount for tv. This will allow tv to be moved to either side for access to side cabinets for less-used stuff storage. Velcro strap to hold tight when traveling. Height should not be a problem, as flat-screens are wider and shorter than tube types. Use space behind tv to store more stuff.
