Better than going out in the rain to turn it off or on.
No button in the shower but in the bathroom there's one. I could have set it for longer but have you ever owned a RV that you could take a shower longer than 15 min? I haven't. I guess some may have on demand hot water but I wouldn't want to stay in there longer than that anyway. Alone that is ;) and my shower is small anyway. I got larger over the years too.
I could program it for any amount of time I wished. An hour. A day. A year for that matter. 15 min sounded reasonable to shower or wash dishes.
A little more code and I could have 4 options for the amount of time. I didn't see the need.
You think I should add a warning buzzer that warns you it's going to shut off? Maybe a self destruct countdown like on Star Trek when they're blowing up the ship! 5 4 3 2 1 off! Some marine speakers, an amp, a couple of LED strobes and we're there! Wow! I could add a proximity detector in the shower as well or even a shower cam and let the viewers control the valve from anywhere in the world!
