You say gutter spout. Are you talking about the spouts that attach to the end of the gutters to run water away from the side of the RV? If so, dont use any type of adhesive. They are sold in sets for each corner of the RV and are made to snap on tight. If you use 5200 or other solid glue, the next time you hit that low limb or branch, the gutter may break.

Its 4000 UV or 5200 UV both are great products for sealing , bedding or as an adhesive.
