I was more concerned about the roof warranty. A roof vent would be fantastic. I can almost bet that keystone wants the dealer to install it.
So. You don't care if Keystone says they want a dealer to install it. You really just want confirmation that the roof has been framed to receive a vent.
Now if you call Keystone and they say that the roof is structured to receive a vent then ask them if you can have any RV service center or mobile RV service install a vent in that location in the roof without voiding the MFG warranty - AND they say yes - then your all set.
They wanted $500 for an electrical outlet. I can't imagine a roof vent. I could diy it, if I can keep my warranty.
You'd be cutting a hole in the roof that may have already been reinforced at the factory to receive a vent. Instead of trying to divine the legalize of the MFG warranty and getting all confused about what is or is not covered, I'd call Keystone and get them to tell me.
