I'm definitely going to call Keystone. I have a 7 year roof and mechanical warranty that we paid good money for and I don't want to lose that money. Same reason my solar panel is still boxed up. Mondays are my only good day to sit on hold on the phone. Rest of the week I'm on the ambulance. I'll contact them Monday and inquire as to who can do the work.
