...Help, I Need Good EPDM Rubber Roof Advice...

My '97 28' 5er has black and grey spots here and there. Nothing wrong with it coloring. Its never leaked as I do a twice a year check up there. I've added a bit of Dicor to a few small spots just to cover a hairline crack in the OEM sealant.

I would get a few estimates/opinions on the roof from a professional. Doesn't make cents/sense to replace a roof membrane if its still in typical shape for its age.
