Im glad i dont have a garage, im not into stacking the toys like some weird Lego creation. I like 16' to the first cab and that dosent include the kitchen. Garage's are worthless unless they hold all the toys, wheels down and have a nice complex set of cabinets, tool boxes and work bench area. I have no use for a wine cooler, washer-dryer setup or a bread maker in a garage, or half bath for that matter...
