I don't see how you will benefit with a 12 foot garage vs a 10 foot garage? You will stil have to put the two quads sideways. If they are only 85" long 48" wide they should fit at least they would in my 30WR Work and Play that has a 10 foot garage (really 10.4 garage), it's 101" wide (inside) wall to wall, It's 90" wide (inside) between the folded up jack knife couches.
If you must have a 12 foot garage I would also look at the amped 32gs....
