I am still not getting why a 12 foot garage would be needed. You drive one quad in and turn it sideways. The garage is 122" long at 48 inches wide that will leave you 6 feet to drive the next quad in and turn it sideways... Alowing a little space between the two you will still have a couple of feet +/- to play with... It would be tight but technically at 101" wide, without the fold down couches you could drive them in and park them side by side....
