Why in the world would FR make an illegal trailer? I'm not saying I don't believe you, I just can't fathom why they would produce something that's illegal for you to tow on US roads. I'm sure you'd never get stopped for it but man... Even tractor trailers are limited to 102 before needing wide load signs and/or chase cars.
Anyways, back on topic. I did indeed try rotating big quads like the OP was talking about in my last RV's garage on dollies. No joy...
