If you want larger garages, look at the car haulers with living quarters. The most popular model is the Work and Play, but there are others like InTech, Millennium and Feather Lite which will give you a bumper pull RV with a big dedicated garage. The other advantage of these is that they sit lower have have less drag on your tow vehicle plus usually have better cargo capacities if you load heavy.
Unfortunately that was what I didn't like about the Work and Play. I do still want to be able to take it back into the Nat'l Forest roads and dry camp. Lower slung rigs like that aren't too conducive to travelling the back roads.
We still haven't gotten out to actually look at anything yet. The computer has always been our best friend to prevent a lot of wasted trips.
That is sad to hear about Heartland. I didn't know Thor had taken them over and I hate to see that because they had some of the better quality units for the price IMHO. But like any TT out there, you really are taking a chance on any of them until they come out with some REAL industry standards and practices.
On another note, I think I'm going to have to get the inside measurements of the rigs we really like, mark it off on my flatbed trailer and do a mock up of a ramp system for the wheelers and see how much is left for a RZR 170. If it works great, if it doesn't then we will keep looking.....
