So, if there are no 5th wheels that can be towed by a 1/2 ton truck how do these RV manufacturers get away with saying there are? Wouldn't they be held liable for saying that something is when it really isn't? What if someone would buy one, tow it with a 1/2 ton truck and something happens, would the manufacturer be held legally responsible?
