It sounds like you've already purchased the 1/2 ton Ford, otherwise I'd say check prices on an F250, as you would be surprised at the little difference in price. The 1/2 ton with 3.5 Eco will have plenty of power. You will need to look closely at the RAWR to tow most FWs, yes, even the 1/2 ton tow able ones. A light wt FW hitch, such as the Andersen will help. Your truck will be less than ideal, but may work with the right FW, paying close attention to the FW pin weight.
