OP - yes you could tow a 5th wheel with that truck, but it would probably need to be no more than 5000 lbs±. However, you can to a much larger TT, probably something around 8,000 lbs± with that truck. It All depends on how much weight you have in the truck and what the payload sticker on the door of that particular truck says.
