Hello:
After researching and scrolling though numerous websites and Ford's website I can conventional tow 12,700 lbs. with this truck. Ford says 13,200 with the Max Towing package, which I don't have. The only thing I don't have in the towing package is the transmission cooler. From what I found so far for a 5th wheel it says 10,000 lbs.
Respectfully, the first mistake you seem to be making is considering a tow-able based on the manufacturers stated towing capacity. Research payload. The pin weight (fifth wheel) and the hitch weight (travel trailer) on loaded to camp units take a considerable bite out of payload. Other things that subtract from it are cargo, passengers and pets in the tow vehicle and hitching equipment. The absence of a trans cooler may impact you - would suggest having an aftermarket one installed. Check your drivers door sticker for the payload of your particular truck and go from there.
Other things to consider for the TV are the type of tires it has. Check the weight ratings and upgrade to LT if you have P rated passenger car type tires.
There is at least one person on here that tows a fifth wheel with a 1/2 ton - maybe he will chime in. And do research the brands mentioned in the earlier thread - Winnebago, Grand Design, etc.
If you go to the Grand Design owners forum (google it), you can ask questions on their 150 series.
Another point to remember is that payload is going to be exceeded before towing capacity.
Good luck
