That tire sticker actually gives your exact truck payload, stating load not to exceed xxxx. That number is the weight of your truck, as it left the factory, subtracted from your trucks GVWR.
If you weigh the truck, getting separate axle wts, you can subtract the rear axle wt of 2,600 (guessing) from the rear axle weight rating of 4,200 (guessing) to find you have 1,600 lbs available for hitch, and pin wt. Just an example, weighing the truck, ready to camp, full fuel, and passengers, is needed for actual wts.
