14" to 15" tires...Any Advantages???

I have a Forest River Grey Wolf 19RR Toy Hauler.

Looking at the tires they are in need of replacing.

A few places on line sell Tires and Rims, mounted for about what the tires cost locally.

Currently I have DURO ST205/75D14 LR-C....

I want to go with a load range D as I'm close to the 1760# rating of the c tires

I can fit 15" wheels and tires and it seems there is a lot more selection for 15" radials in a D rating

Any issues with doing this?

    The load range D tires will give you a nice fuzzy but the weak point is still the axle limit. In other words going up a load range doesn't increase your CCC. So you still need to watch the weight. Unless the price between the C and D is nominal, I'd stick with the C.

    Can't answer your 15" question. Others have done it so I know you probably can, I just don't know what the caveats are.
