2 Slide Outs, 1 works great, the other won't extend

I do not know what brand you have, but you should be able to find a service manual on the internet. It should have troubleshooting guides in it. If all else fails look for the solenoids and see if they have a manual valve, try opening and closing them several times. Then try again.
