2005 Jayco Eagle
Just wondering if anyone out there has one of these units and if so any pointers on what to look for when buying used? We are currently looking at a 30ft unit with a slide and bunks in the rear.

The Jayco Eagle enjoys a good reputation but the previous owner could have let it get wrecked if the normal maintenance was deferred particularly in sealing the roof which would lead to leaks, the tires and axles which would make the running gear unsafe, and the overall care of the exterior. All you can do is inspect the heck out of it looking for signs of water damage and other neglect. If minor issues are found they would be considered normal wear and tear.
