Look closer at it. If it appears to be just surface then there's not much to be concerned over. If it's got wood rot (for example, the paneling), then RUN!
It didn't appear to be wood rot and did look more like a water stain. There was no damage at all to the inside paneling or anywhere else in the master bedroom.
