2014 Keystone Fuzion 331 - air antenna booster button?

I have a new Keystone Fuzion 331 that I have plugged into cable for the first time. We typically dry camp, so I've only used the air antenna in the past. I can't get the cable to work at this campground and the campground tech came by and confirmed the cable is working. I've looked all over for the air antenna booster button to try to turn it off so I can use the cable, but I can't find it. Does the Keystone Fuzion have the antenna booster button? I've searched behind each tv and looked at all of my control panels, but haven't found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  • Mines in the bedroom closet, look in there. I should say that ours is 2010 though.
  • I thought the boosters went away also, but the campground tech told me every RV has an air antenna booster. I plugged directly into the tv and the cable works fine. It looks like there are one of two issues.....either there is an air antenna booster that is on and I haven't found it yet, or my cabling is messed up in the rv.
  • I thought the boosters went out when the over the air switch was made. The signal either works or it doesn't, boost didn't matter. Thus I'd think they dropped the boost completely, but I could be totally wrong.

You wouldn't be the first to report issues with internal cabling of an RV. Can you try to run direct to the TV from the outside box to see if it works?
