If you're going to be keeping this one for a while, you may want to look at the Eagle line. As I recall, The floor was kind of spongy as they used a lighter grade of plywood (less thickness?). saves on the weight but felt weird underfoot with the floor flexing.
Whatever you go with, get the one with the biggest bunks. The kids won't stay small (or short) forever
