I know this isn't the model you're looking at but we have a 2014 Jayco Eagle HT 27.5 BHS currently and the bunk beds are quite roomy. Overall, the 27.5 BHS has been trouble-free and very comfortable. I think you'll be happy with the larger 29.5 dual slide model.
