It's common (but not good) to have looseness at the edge of the roof where it has to make a tight turn goign over the side. It's the same for small spots here and there. They shouldn't be any bigger than 2~3" in dia. I would watch the area's to make sure they don't grow. Can you post a pic?
FWIW, I had the same problem with our previous new TT. I called several dealers of different brands and they all told me it was normal.
In the 13 years we had it the bubbles didn't grow much or get any worse.
Our present TT had to get a new roof immediatlely because of a goof the factory made installing a sky light instead of an AC opening. The replacment roof doesn't have a single bubble.
So they can do it right if they want to.
