i had this on my old trailer, and for all i know it could be happening on the new one too. Thing is the fix is to peel the rubber roof back re-glue it, and then re-caulk the entire entire roof, labor intensive, making it expensive. But, since it is a brand-new unit, I'd want this addressed as it could turn into a long-term issue. Good luck convincing the dealer/factory to get it done. let us know how this turns out.
