Back in the worst of the recession I read an article how the B&W Mfg Co retained its employees by letting them work on projects in their area on a volunteer basis and kept them on the payroll. These projects included playgrounds etc. if I remember correctly.

I will always try to support a company that goes above and beyond.

I agree, this is one respectable company! I watched that video too and was impressed with the companies commitment to their employees.
