2104 Jayco eagle 5th...window in kitchen got blown out.

Your dealer can order the window for you and when it comes in, you can pick it up and install it yourself. You probably do need to take the camper in so they can get the exact measurements of the window, make, model, year, style, design of the camper to send all the information back to the manufacturer.

Oh yea.... manufacturers do make mistakes when sending parts, so the dealerships do try to provide every detail to them so they get it right. Sometimes, the manufacturer IS the only place to purchase a replacement item from.

(I had my front cap repainted. Dealer sent to Keystone for new graphics. Graphics came in, and the word "Keystone" was missing the "e". Imagine that! They had to reorder. I told them to put it on anyway, I thought it would have been hilarious to have the miss spelling.... so yea, they need the details.)

I've ordered several parts from my dealership who ordered from Keystone and Keystone sent the part to the dealer, and a couple times, the dealer turned right around and UPS'ed the part to my home. Other time, I went and picked it up myself.

It's probably from Lippert so any RV dealer can probably order it for you.

Shouldn't your dealer be able to order the window for you from the model number and year, etc. Your dealer should have all the specs. on the trailer they sold to you.

If it's the 2015 in your signature, isn't it still under warranty? Jayco advertises a two year warranty.

bought it march 2104.....warranty ran out....just annoying that they don't have that info based on my "on file purchase/exact model" at the site. Order, and call me when in....it's a pain to take up there and measure what they already should know!!!

Vendors supply hundreds of parts to the industry and many of them in the same trailer are different. Measure it and order it to make sure it is correct.

Your misprint through me off "2104". Not being familiar with Jayco 5th wheels, I thought it was the model number. Now I know you meant purchased in 2014.

But it's a 2015 in the sig. Call Jayco, they won't sell it to you but may look up the part number for you. Only a Jayco dealer can order from them but you having the part number will help. There may even be a sticker on the frame somewhere with clues.
A local glass company may be the quicker way to do this. It's amazing what they can do sometimes. An auto glass company vendor of mine when I was working just measured, ordered, and installed 2 double pane windows in my house. Glass is glass, that's what they do.
Also look at a similar window on your unit, it may have a manufacture id on it.

If the frame is still in good shape, any glass shop can either make it up or have it made by his supplier - and a lot less costly to you. One of the folks that had a similar 5er to our last one had an approximate 4x6 foot rear window made for his. It was in the range of 3-400 bucks, not the 1200 that a dealer/OEM quoted. While the glass tint color wasn't identical, it was close enough and stand alone in the rear so not noticeable. Even your OEM may not match the current glass color.

Call Jayco direct, give them your VIN, tell them which window. They sell parts. I've received two fender skirts from them and they were $48 less than ordering from a book at the stealership.
