Xantrex makes a system that does exactly that, but your typical RV production line factory can't come close top comprehending how to install such a beast in an "assembly line" environment where everything is thrown together.
High end motor-coaches use them.

Looks like it works in conjunction with their inverter - I don't know if t will run as a stand-alone load management system or not.
