I have a 35' Montana with a 15k a/c about center of trailer. I want to install a a/c in front bedroom, which is factory prepped for it. Just a non ducted unit. What size btu should I be looking at?...

Low profile 13.5k, that is what I did. Don't think you will find a low profile unit with less capacity. In my case, total height only increased by 3 inches since both the main A/C and shower skylight were the previous high points.
