Forest River has a few as well. We just purchased an xlr hyperlite 29hfs a few months ago. Seems it would fit the bill here as well.

It just means in some configurations you won't be able to drop the bed without first dropping the couches.

Also, most of them now have a power dinette option, and the couches are part of the power bed assembly (in this case, the dinette must be put down before raising the full assembly back up). This is what I ordered because I wanted to retain pass-through ramp access while all the seating is available.

I don't think you are going to get both a drop down power bed in garage and side couches/dinette. The bed can't drop down if there are couches folded up on the walls. The Work and Play 30WRS has a front walk around queen bed where others usually come with a sideways front bed. The 30WRS has Hard sided gel coat exterior comes in a bunch of colors. It comes with a slide and non slide model..
