We have two quads and maybe 500-600 extra camping gear/water. So, if it 3000 lbs to start and then add 1500 lbs, it is 4500 lbs plus. Any ideas would be helpful.

Basically what you want does not exist, you could try getting an enclosed trailer and do a conversion. I have a 18' enclosed that weights 2000# but the gvwr is 7000# (2 3500# axels) you could buy a 14' single axel trailer and then replace the axel with a 5000# axel and add some amenities to make it a camper.
