Mine has the options you mentioned plus air conditioning and weighs ~3400 lbs with my stuff in it and half tank of water. The tanks are generous with 33 gallons fresh, 25 grey, and 14 black.

hi vern - thanks for the details. i checked and this generator is set to charge the battery as well. i did find it odd they installed the generator in this camper but no A/C unit. no where in the paperwork (I have a stack of it including the original invoice) can i find anything about an A/C unit so my guess is its never had one installed. not too worried about it, here in the pacific NW it can get hot during summer days but if its not raining i don't expect to be in the camper too much anyway except for sleeping. it has a powerful fantastic fan which i might look to upgrade to a new model with thermostat but otherwise no issues. based on the condition i'd say this saw very little use, i don't have history beyond 5 years back but know it was only used 2x per summer since then as the owner also had a 5th wheel. anyway thanks again for the comments.

thanks guys, I felt it was the right deal have been casually looking for the last 18 months and when this popped up it looked like "the one" for us. We are looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it, my wife is excited to be able to haul her horses to different places and have a warm comfy place to sleep for the night (or 2 or 3).

Make sure and take a very close look at the Magnatech 12v converter/charger. They are a pos and almost caught our camper on fire. It got so hot that it turned the linoleum black. It also cooked the water out (and ruined) of 2 or 3 deep cycle batteries.
