Lance Squire 5000
looking at a '97 9'10" 5000 squire, includes electric jacks and 2500w generator and double door fridge/freezer. assuming all checks out on inspection what would be reasonable price to offer ?

Looks just like my 98 Lance 5000. Still have mine with everything working. Had trouble with the dometic frig control board after ~4 years. Did not work on gas. Replaced with a Dinosaur board and no further problems. Rebuilt the water pump and the Thetford toilet just recently. Other than that no big problems.
Mine still has the Magnetec power supply with no problems so far. It does go down to 1 amp trickle charge when the battery is topped off. I check that once in a while with an ammeter.
The Onan generator has been flawless and does charge the battery when in use. The 2500 cannot run the frig on AC and the Air Conditioning at the same time so I leave the Frig forced on gas. Sometimes finicky starting if battery is too low or at high altitude.
Front Window is prone to leaking in a driving rain. Fixed this by calking around it on the outside.
Considering the prices of "new" campers 5000 American is a steal for the enjoyment you can get out of it!
Mine has the options you mentioned plus air conditioning and weighs ~3400 lbs with my stuff in it and half tank of water. The tanks are generous with 33 gallons fresh, 25 grey, and 14 black.

Looks just like our 1996 Legend 500.
Make sure and take a very close look at the Magnatech 12v converter/charger. They are a pos and almost caught our camper on fire. It got so hot that it turned the linoleum black. It also cooked the water out (and ruined) of 2 or 3 deep cycle batteries.
