5er height
is a 5th wheel taller when hooked to truck rather than sitting by self? My barn door opens to 13' 1 1/2" I was looking at a new unit that states height at 13' 1"

You can BRIEFLY let the tires down to about 35 psi and gain two or three inches. Reinflate them immediately and put up a big warning sigh before somebody (?) pulls it out without lowering it.
I would still want an exact measurement and somebody on a ladder watching very closely the first time I tried it.
