I agree with Rusty, the complaint is more about the trailer jerking back/forth, than the actual ride of the truck.
The FW is a rear kitchen, that may be carrying extra weight behind the axles. I would suggest adding some pin weight, closer to 23%. I know the truck is a standard bed, but it may help to move the Patriot arms further forward, to get a couple inches ahead of axle center.
The GMs have more cab clearance, with the standard bed.
