The rough ride is more of a surging and pulling of the trailer. I think I will try this combination
-Disengage the Stable Loads
-Balancing the trailer a bit different from front to back
-Reducing air in tires a bit
-Moving the hitch one adjustment forward
-Possibly installing airbags
