There is a difference between under inflalted tires, correctly inflated tires and over inflated tires and Russ noted in this attachment!
People drive around in pickups without a load that handle like do-do and live with it. I run 44 in the rear empty and 70-75 loaded, as I am often pushing 6K on the rear axle on a snowbird run to the SW and back.
My truck even came with a chart of light and full load. Chris
