A Goose Neck is the type of coupling you have on a horse trailer, A fifth Wheel is a smaller version of the type a Semi Truck has..
You need a fifth Wheel not a goose Neck, In my opinion 5th wheels are much more stable. Although Goose Necks do have a turning advantage.
On a seperate note, search floor plans you like according to size and weight.. No rush you deside not the salesman..
