Ouch, glad it wasn't worse.
I helped a guy jack his 5'er back up and get it on the hitch from a similar situation two years ago. Using my two 5 ton bottle jacks and all the available lumber we could find for cribbing it took us most of the morning to get it hitched and ready for the trip home. Not sure how he got it off the truck as I never heard from him.
