I just wish we could back on track and learn from this unfortunate event. How did it happen? What's the "rest of the story"?
To me it looks as though somebody may have been distracted and pulled out with the landing gear still up. But to land on the tailgate instead of the rails, he must've had to have been pulling out fairly fast. Just my guess though.
In any event it's really a shame to see damage like that especially because it sure looks like it was preventible.
