My two cents here. You can see two orange legos on the ground where the landing gear should have been and in another picture you can clearly see one of the landing gears laying on the ground. Op said gear was down as owner pull out and noticed unlevel front and attempted to pull back under. Luckily he was not under it setting the pins when it fell. Looks like a failure of the gear not owners fault.
