I'm also from the Huntsville area. I would go with the second AC option if buying new. Especially if your are camping in the south. You may not always need it but good to have if you do.
I just purchased a new 5er last month and mine did not come with a second AC but was wired and braced for one.
Most of the units I looked at were wired and braced for the second AC so adding one at time of purchase or later would not be that big of a deal.
Although dealers are ordering more units equipped with a second AC I wouldn't base my purchase on whether or not it had a second AC sitting on top. As long as it wired and braced for one it can be added later.
Doing this will open up more choices for you.
I plan on adding a second AC myself as soon as I get enough dough for it:B
