I have no idea what the total weight of the trailer is nor the pin weight, but have a similar truck (F250CCLB 6.7) though an '11. Adding a thousand pound capacity spring to a CCLB F250 with 5er option will put your pin weight capacity near 3500 pounds with an 4x4 it will be at ~2800-3000 pounds. You should be well above the helper leaf by an inch or more. As far as the naysayers above, an F250 SRW and an F350 SRW are for all intents, identical with the sole exceptions of a 4" axle block on the 350 vs a 2" on a 250. There are a couple other items, but have no bearing on actual load capacity. Ford puts 6000# springs on the fronts and 6100 on the back. The ratings are 10K on the 250 and 11.2K on the 350 and are as fictitious as a super hero, being only a way to 'officially' dupe the DMV and insurance companies.
Adding air bags will level and control the load even better. Also adding a premium shock will help. Fords use a really poor level of Rancho branded on the Lariat and KR that in many cases are 'all done' in 30K or less miles. Bilstein's, Rancho 9000's or what I'm using, KYB are a marked improvement. As a note, our current 38' 5er pin weight is over by 500 or so pounds and no porpoising even before I added air bags for leveling. The previous 5er which was 33 feet and porpoised - and it was somewhat lighter but with a different weight distribution.
With all that said, of course, a 'dually', F350/450 would be a great choice too - but in my case would not fit through the garage door.
