- IBcarguyExplorerI'm assuming that the guy that posted this isn't the guy that had the damaged hitch. I've searched everywhere and have not seen or heard anything about this mishap. I'd love to hear from the owner...I have a Andersen hitch like this and would like all the details so I can avoid a similar incident.

Puck failure?
What pucks, that is a gooseneck mounted hitch? - goducks10ExplorerPuck failure?
- Me_AgainExplorer IIII looking the back of a pickup here in the RV Resort and it had the original UCH. The tubes were all scratch and ugly looking from things the owner was putting in the bed against the hitch. However no dings that looked like it was going to create a failure like on this virgin looking hitch. Chris

You're kidding, right? That's the best kind of conjecture.
There’s no telling what those Andersen haters will do. Will their diabolical plots never end?
Seriously, I do think it’s strange that there is no sign of the picture on the Facebook page where it supposedly originated. Nothing like a bunch of conjecture based on unsubstantiated second hand information. - goducks10Explorer

Does anyone think that a competitor may have bent this on purpose, then install it in a truck with the 5th wheel to slam Andersen? Just saying. Something seems fishy here.
Some of you guys crack me up.
Some of these threads get way too serious. Gotta have a little fun. Lifes too short. - IBcarguyExplorer
