I'm not worried about all this talk about warranty.  Ours is covered by the insurance on my truck if anything happens to it while it is attached to it.  Plus we pay a little extra insurance if it burns down sitting at my home. 
Besides there are thousands of Andersen's out there zero issues. I'm certainly not worried about our 11k loaded fiver.
As far as the hitch goes, I currently have the Andersen 3200 rail hitch, but just picked up an Ultimate yesterday. Today, I am going to pick up a B&W gooseneck. I love the rail hitch, but the Ultimate will move the pin over the axle instead of being 5" behind it like it is with the 3200 plus I want to get those rails out of my bed. Even with a short bed Dodge, I have plenty of turning clearance.
Someone mentioned the only drawback is having to raise it several inches to unload it. I have the same issue in our cover. It's close, but I just don't raise it any more than I have to. Once it clears the ball, I stop.
