I don't get it! Every year the same thing. The round rubber seal won't hold the water in the toilet. I clean the seal with the little scrapper and that never works. Every year I gotta buy a new seal. ...

If you let the seal dry out bwt trips, it's toast... water evaporates quickly... any kind of cooking oil or antifreeze works great.
