Rot in floor...run, run, run. Probably also has rot in walls and possibly mold. There are plenty of good sound trailers around, don't buy a project.
Bike rack doesn't work just bolted to the back "bumper". That's just a lightweight hose carrier, it will fall off with bikes attached to it.
Sounds like it might have flood damage...STAY AWAY!.
Sounds like it is pretty bad shape for a 2012. I wouldn't touch it...
