As a former CC/SB owner to which we didn't have issues like those posted above, I agree w/ others who said to walk away from this unit. 2 floor areas that have water damage, wasps getting in, slide seals need replacement, sliding doors have water damage, awning----IMO probly about due so will let that one slide, no on bike rack for 5 bikes on rear bumper (tho can probly have a metal fab shop weld something to frame for ya). As sad as this may sound, you probly have your hearts set on this unit, but based on what you've told us, we all have said to move onto another coach. Not easy, but don't settle for the 1st one you see/set foot in (especially if a bunkhouse considering you mentioned 3 kids).
Overall, CC for the most part did have good QC in their units. And really didn't hear of too many complaints on them years ago. Likewise, their customer service was top notch. Ours was a '06 SB and it was a few years later they started w/ their cathedral ceilings (which BTW--is this on the slide w/ the soggy floor?)
But get your $$$ back and mover on.
