We had a small issue last time out I installed a shutoff in the water line and we had to manually add water to be able to flush the toilet. Know the wife would like to update to a better or maybe a taller toilet. She says she feels like she is sitting on a 5 gal bucket for height. I guess my issue is making sure that the soil pipe lines up with a replacement. We currently have the tethford with the dual handle hand flush. All suggestions and ideas please

no problem, the flanges are all the same that I have seen.clearances likely wont be an issue either. In the past when we bought more consumer friendly units, We always sold the plastic toilet and put the money towards porcelain "just like home" toilet.

My FW came with a Dometic 310 toilet. It is taller than most, and works very well. It has a ceramic bowl that is easy to clean. I think they make the 310 in two different heights. I would not want a taller one than mine.Jerry

We had our dealer install a Thetford Aqua-magic Residence toilet which is higher than standard and seems to work well. Press the foot pedal down halfway and water enters the toilet. Press all the way to flush.

I replaced our toilet with a ceramic toilet. Much better then the plastic one. Very easy to do.

Replaced mine 2 years ago with a dometic 310. It works very well. No regrets.

Time to replace the toilet.
The toilet in the motorhome is an older one made by Monogram Industries.
The toilet I wish to buy is a Dometic 310.

Now I,m wondering if the flange is the same as I am not around my motorhome to check, and I wish to order the new toilet now.
I very much so do want any surprises when it comes to switching them.

How many variations of rv flanges are there? My motorhome is 39 years old.
Should I be safe and order any kind of conversion kit along with the new Dometic 310?

Six months ago I replaced the piece of junk Thetford that came from the Montana factory with a Dometic 320. We got the tallest version with the sprayer installed. This model has an elongated bowl too. Very happy with it and it was a VERY easy install (about 30 minutes including adding shut-off valve). Purchased from PPL for $189 and free shipping.

Couldn't be happier. Twenty minute project that is easy.

I installed one of these last year. Very easy to do. Our toilets at home are higher and this riser makes the one in the RV just about the same height. Works for us. Good luck, John

First thing I did when we bought our camper was change toilet to ceramic and buy residential mattress.

Agree, Original toilet is like sitting on a spackle bucket.
