Anyone have issues cooling a 24' TH with a 13500 btu?

If you can park so the sun does not hit the side,but instead hits either end ,it helps alot.I've also got a 50x30 netting I throw over it when we are at the lake and can't get it in the right location. A little shade helps alot.I also pre cool it before we take off and even run the AC on the road if it is hot.I also put on a second unit in the bedroom and run a 12v Fantastic Fan.Any air movement really makes a difference.
